MAZDA PREMACY 2.0 Litre Automatic Manual

Mazda’s ‘space hatch’, the Premacy, provides good interior space and a versatile seating arrangement that has been popular with many hatchback buyers. The new model Premacy benefits from a larger capacity engine, updated styling and additional standard equipment. The Premacy is a practical vehicle that is pleasant to drive, well equipped and represents good value for the money.

The Premacy was first released to the Australian market just over a year ago and quickly established itself as a popular choice for hatchback buyers. The design of the Premacy is a little unusual and the high roof has resulted in many people describing the Premacy as a small people mover. Mazda officially refers to the Premacy as a ‘space hatch’. The new model Premacy has undergone somewhat of a facelift with more aggressive frontal styling, a larger capacity engine and increased levels of equipment. All up, Mazda claims the new Premacy has additional equipment worth in excess of $2000 for a price increase of just $335 over the previous model. Recommended retail pricing for the Premacy now starts at $28,580 for the manual, while the automatic transmission variant tested is $30,570. Dealer charges and on-road costs are in addition to the above quoted prices.
